Can I order by phone?
Telephone us on 01223 367768  with name and number of the products you wish to purchase.

Do you use a secure payment facility?
Yes we use PayPal Pro to process all payments. You don't need an account with PayPal to place an order. 

How long does delivery take?
We try to deliver orders as soon as possible via Royal Mail. Please allow 28 days for delivery, although most orders are delivered within 3-10 days. If it's likely to take much longer we will inform you via email or telephone.

What if I think my order is lost in the post?
Royal Mail has a procedure for lost in post and we follow it. Please wait until 21 days after ordering to report a potential lost in post problem and we will start the procedure with Royal Mail.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order or if my order is incorrect? 
Should there be any problems with your order, please phone us or send us an email and we will be eager to assist.

How long do I have to return a purchase?
All of our shoes are thoroughly checked before being sent out. Should you encounter any problems with your purchase you have 28 days to return the goods (in original packaging) for a full refund or an exchange.

Refunds are processed promptly but please bear in mind it can take up to 30 days for bank processing.

Under the distant selling act, a full refund will be issued for all acceptable returns, including the reimbursement of initial delivery costs.

Customers are responsible for the postage cost for all returned items.

Your statutory rights are not affected in the event of faulty goods.
