Ecco is a Danish company, therefore is is a bit difficult to convert the continental widths to English fittings. Ecco shoes are generally wide, but we do not supply extra wide shoes specificly. The Alsosoft ladies shoes have built in firm arch-support but all styles come with a padded insole and a built-in heel support.
