How do I order online? To order online browse through our range of ECCO shoes, and when you see a item you want simply click "Add to Cart." To view or modify your cart at any time click on "View Cart." Once all the items you've chosen have been added to the virtual cart click on "Checkout" where you'll be guided through the payment procedure.
Can I order by phone? To order by phone you can either follow the above procedure and at checkout select "Pay by phone" as your payment method then follow the on screen instructions. Alternatively telephone 0845 0945 410 with name and number of the products you wish to purchase.
Do you use a secure payment facility? Yes we use Nochex. Nochex are a secure credit card payment provider with 128bit SSL protection.
How long does delivery take? We try to deliver orders as soon as possible via First Class Royal Mail. Please allow 28 days for delivery, although most orders are delivered within 3-10 days. If it's likely to take much longer we will inform you via email or telephone. Next Day delivery. If you order before 3pm then we will send your items by Special Delivery to arrive before 1pm. We will post Next Day delivery on the first working day after Sundays and Bank Holidays.
What if I think my order is lost in the post? Royal Mail has a procedure for lost in post and we follow it. Please wait until 21 days after ordering to report a potential lost in post problem and we will start the procedure with Royal Mail.
What do I do if I have a problem with my order or if my order is incorrect? Should there be any problems with your order, please phone us or send us an email and we will be eager to assist.
How long do I have to return a purchase? All of our shoes are thoroughly checked before being sent out. Should you encounter any problems with your purchase you have 28 days to return the goods (in original packaging) for a full refund or an exchange. Just post them back to this address with a brief note explaining the return: Returns, ECCONET, 28 Green Street, Cambridge, CB2 3JX All return postage responsibility and cost is to be met by the customer.
Can I cancel my order? Yes. You can cancel your order at any point before dispatch. Just phone us on 0845 0945 410.
